Magnifique Cakes is owned and operated solely by its founders, Emmily
Morris and Courtney Nielsen. The story of Mag Cakes as we casually
refer to it, is a fairy tale of sorts and, more notably, a dream come
true!
The idea of Magnifique Cakes came when Emmily decided to create and
event planning company. She wanted to have a hand in all aspects of
the event planning industry: the planning, catering, travel,
designing, etc. When a friend asked to join her in creating a company
based on one of a kind experiences, Emmily jumped at the opportunity.
That friend turned out to be Courtney Nielsen, a family friend and
fellow imagineer with the creative aspects of life. Without wasting
any time, the girls got to work on getting the business started, and
the rest as they say is history. How do cakes fall into this story?
